Diabetic Milk Shake

Ingredients

1 c.  Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms Skim milk
4 oz. frozen whole strawberries or other frozen fruit (do not thaw)
2 pkg. Sweet N Low
1 tsp. vanilla


Directions

Pour milk into shallow dish and freeze until slushy (about 1 hour). Remove from freezer and blend with other ingredients until smooth
