Ingredients
1 cup Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms whole or 1 percent milk
1 cup fat-free or low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
Directions
Blend until smooth. Crumble in 2 reduced-fat or regular sandwich cookies (like Oreos) and blend. Serve and enjoy.
