Spiced Egg Nog French Toast

Ingredients
2 cups Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms Eggnog
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 eggs
12 slices firm (day-old) white bread
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Combine eggnog, spices and egg; beat with a wire whisk for 1-2 minutes.
Melt butter or magarine in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Dip slice of bread in egg mixture on each side.
Fry egg-dipped bread in skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side.
Serve with maple syrup, honey or fruit. Enjoy!
